My stay at Marsa Malaz Kempinski was an very nice experience, characterized by luxury and attentive service. The beach and pool facilities were splendid, although the check-in process could have been smoother. I faced some issues with room assignments and sound from the nightclub, but these were addressed promptly by the staff. Overall, the exquisite dining options and stunning ambiance made it a nice getaway.

The staff were extremely helpful, polite, and welcoming. Special mentions go to Sunil from the beach bar for his excellent service and to Melissa at the front desk who greeted me with a smile and attended to my needs quickly.
